BOYS & GIRLS - Incarnation CYO Basketball – 2023-2024
Open to all Incarnation School and Incarnation and St. Francis PREP students 4th - 8th Grade
Early bird registration is open from 8.14.23 – 9.10.23 – cost is $120 per child (not including shorts & jersey)
Late registration will be from 9.11.23 - 9.24.23. - cost is $150 per child (not including shorts & jersey)
New uniforms are an additional charge of $28 for a jersey and $17 for shorts.
No basketball registrations will be accepted after midnight on 09.24.23.
No refunds will be granted once assessments are completed.
Who:
- Grades 4 through 8
- All Incarnation School, St. Francis, and Incarnation PREP students.
When: The basketball season runs from late October to mid/late January 2024. Games are typically held on Saturdays and Sundays, but there may be an occasional weekday game. Normally there will be one to two practices per week.

Assessments are tentatively scheduled the week of September 25th – October 1st.
Basketball team rosters will be finalized early October per CYO requirements. The basketball season begins on October 28, 2023.
The number of teams is determined by the registrations received and the number of players per team to support sufficient player count.
Assessments:
We will do our best to not compete against golf, soccer or football obligations. Your child's first commitment should be to their current sport. They should not miss practices or games in trying to attend an assessment. The assessments will be 1 hour and if there is only one team for the grade assessments will not be necessary. The assessments will be performed by head coaches (if known), independent evaluators and CYO sport commissioners. We need to conduct assessments (if necessary), establish rosters, confirm coaches and submit rosters to Dayton CYO by mid October.

How do we find coaches for all of these teams – YOU!!
All coaches (head and assistant) MUST complete Safe Parish or completed VIRTUS in the past & receive a background check before the season begins (including participating in assessments). No exceptions to this rule.
