BOYS & GIRLS - Incarnation CYO Basketball – 2025-2026
Open to all Incarnation School and Incarnation and St. Francis Discipleship Formation (OLL) students 4th - 8th Grade

When: The basketball season runs from October(practices) with games most likely starting the first weekend of November to mid/late January 2026(Championship games slated for 1.17.26). Games are typically held on Saturdays and Sundays, but there may be an occasional weekday game. Normally there will be one to two practices per week.
Early bird registration is open from 8.24.25 – 9.14.25 – cost is $120 per child (not including shorts & jersey)
Late registration will be from 9.15.25 - 9.26.25 - cost is $150 per child (not including shorts & jersey)
New uniforms are an additional charge of $35 for a jersey and $32 for shorts.
Please note that our previous basketball uniform vendor is no longer producing the style we’ve used in past seasons. As a result, we’ll be switching to a new uniform design this year. All 4th graders will get the new uniform design. If your child is in another grade, you can still order the "new uniform" however it will be slightly different from previous years. You are not required to purchase a "new" uniform unless you are in 4th grade.
No basketball registrations will be accepted after midnight on 09.26.25.
No refunds will be granted once assessments are completed.
The number of teams is determined by the registrations received and the number of players per team to support sufficient player count. Due to having assessments and forming teams there is a hard deadline for basketball so please be sure to register if your child is interested.
Assessments are tentatively scheduled the week of September 28th – October 5th . Depending on PAC availability the assessments might go into the next week as well - October 6th-October 12th.
Who: Only for 4th, 7th, and 8th graders if multiple teams are formed per grade.
7th and 8th - Competitive teams will be formed for these grades.
Note: If only one team is formed for a grade, assessments will not be necessary.
Assessment Duration - 1-1.5 hours
We will aim to avoid conflicts with other sports like golf, soccer or football. However, your child's primary commitment should be to their current sport. and they should not miss practices or games in trying to attend an assessment. The assessments will be performed by head coaches (if known), independent evaluators and CYO sport commissioners.
Basketball team rosters will be finalized no later than mid October per CYO requirements. The basketball season begins on November 1, 2025.
WE NEED YOUR HELP! - This program can’t function without parent volunteers. How do we find coaches for all of these teams – YOU!!
All coaches (head and assistant) MUST complete Safe Parish training and be current in completing the bulletins & receive a background check before the season begins (including participating in assessments). No exceptions to this rule.

Incarnation also offers Intramural Basketball for Grades K-3. Registration for intramural will open in October.
